Who's Got Your Back?

If you are involved in a real estate transaction (either as a buyer or seller), you know that there are certain dates written into the contract that are very important. You may have a home sale contingency, mortgage contingency, home closing contingency, attorney review & home inspection time frame...etc. These dates are meant to both keep the transaction proceeding in a timely fashion and also to protect your interests...as well as your earnest money. If you don't provide timely notice in accordance with the dates written into the contract, you could be in a sticky situation, to say the least.

As a former real estate paralegal (10 years) and current REALTOR (since 2003), I know and understand the importance of keeping track of the dates. My goal is to make sure that you are protected at all times. One of the benefits of hiring me to represent you as your real estate agent is that you are hiring a professional REALTOR, as well as a former legal professional. Most transactions proceed without issues. But would you know what to do if your attorney was supposed to send a letter to extend your home sale contingency but was "in trial" and unable to be reached...and the deadline was looming? If someone drops the ball...who will be there to pick it up?

Recently I was told by a client that they felt "so grateful that 'Sibilsky' has our back." If you hire me to be your REALTOR, you can rest assured that I will have your back, too.important date
